I have worked with Farrow and Ball Paints for quite a few years. It is an English based paint and wallpaper company, which I believe one of the best because their depth of color which 30% more than most manufactures. I have had clients in the past try to match the color from a competitor but it never reads the same richness....always listen to your interior designer, we know best....ha ha.
Farrow and Ball has 132 colors and as new ones are produced they archive older colors however, they're always available.
My team and I produced an incredible display last year at the Ridgefield Guild of Artists Festive Home. We painted our vignette walls with Farrow and Ball's Charlotte's Locks. The wall was done in full gloss....it was spectacular and a stunning back drop for the two artists we featured

Another spectacular color is Cabbage White, named for the distinctive wings of the Cabbage White butterfly. Who knew there was such a butterfly?? So soft and delicious with a fresh feeling and hint of blue. Combine it with Blue Ground and your room is yummy.
Mizzle (don't you just love the English names) is a soft blue grey that would be perfect for a small room.....I think I would crawl under neath a down comforter, enjoy a wonderful cup of tea and, a good book with that wall color.
Borrowed Light is also perfect for a small bedroom. Can't you just see the color by the name?
A beautiful heather color that reads between lilac and grey is Calluna , pair it with Brassica and you have a beautiful compliment of colors and, one step further with Brinjal, a deep aubergine, and you're over the moon.....
Farrow and Ball is a bit quirky with the names and sometimes I won't tell the client the real name. Someone over in the UK is having a good ole time with the selection of titles. Here are just a few...Cat's Paw, Dead Salmon, Down Pipe, Savage Ground, Mouse's Back and, Smoked Trout. However, don't let these names fool you..... these colors are rich and unrivalled in depth.
