Fall Market-New Products

With the coming of Fall also comes many interior design events to present the newest products in the market. We are spoiled being in Fairfield county because many of the markets come to us as trade shows. This market I was most impressed with the English based fabric and wall paper companies. In my eye they can do no wrong. Zoffany, GP & J Baker-Lee Jofa, Travers,  Farrow & Ball and, many more. Their attention to detail is unmatched. +Travers produced some gorgeous trim for the Fall market. Heavily embroidered wide tape that would look beautiful on window treatment panels or, perfect on the hem of a valance.Their tassel trim  looks wonderful as edging on pillows. You can see the quality instantly and, quality is what I always instill in my clients. Quality will last you many more years and, in the long run save you money when it comes to your interior design needs.

More  products for the Fall market  came as catalogs in the mail to TR Design. +Made Goods is a wonderful company of accessories from around the world. I heard the owner, Oscar Yague, speak last year. He  has a wonderful outlook on life and takes a deep interest in all the products his company  produces. He  believes in the products to be authentic, well made, supports the community in which their produced and, how the manufacturing affects the environment.Oscar Yague truly takes an interest in every piece and the employee who makes it.

These three would look great in a powder room, small den or, apartment entry. These are the kind of accessories that make your home interesting and fun to come home to.

Next week I am off to the Greenwich Fall Market. Can't wait! Terri
